– We visit the properties together with registered technicians (architects, building engineers and technical architects) who will provide you with complete details of the property, such as the actual useful area and energy efficiency.

 

– We deliver the IRE Report: a detailed and professional report that includes sketches, photographs, qualities, measurement of the actual useful surface, state of the facilities, thermal behavior, cadastral data, monthly expenses, among others. This document covers everything from energy efficiency to the real useful meters of the property, offering all the relevant information about the property that interests you for your future purchase.

 

– We provide you with a renovation proposal: in addition to offering you precise information about the characteristics and condition of the home, you will receive a personalized renovation proposal. This way, you will have more data to choose the ideal property.
